Foods for people with stones in the gallbladder

  • Among vegetables, you choose beans and leafy vegetables like cabbage or spinach.
  • You can eat brown rice, whole grain bread.
  • In healthy fats, you can choose fish oil, olive oil.
  • The digestive system is good with fiber and the risk of disease in the gallbladder is also less.
  • Eat such fruits and vegetables that contain vitamin C, calcium, vitamin B so that your bladder remains healthy.
  • You have to include fresh fruits and vegetables in every meal to increase your fiber intake.
  • If there is a stone in the gallbladder, then you can take low-fat protein like nuts, seeds, tofu, etc.
  • If there is a stone in the gallbladder, then you should take low-dairy products like soy milk, low-fat milk, almond milk, etc.

Avoid these foods if you have Gallbladder stones

  • You have pain due to a stone in the gallbladder or have symptoms like vomiting, go to the doctor immediately.
